We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $100 or more within Australia and New Zealand. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via Australia Post and New Zealand Post using economy or EParcel shipping methods. Expedited shipping methods do not qualify.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Online orders placed before 2pm EST time are packed and shipped the next day (unless stated otherwise). All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (M-F, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST, excluding holidays).
Special attention is given to International shipping methods. To estimate arrival date prior to receiving your tracking number with EParcel Australia Post and will require a signature on arrival.
Australia & New Zealand SHIPPING
Economy Shipping: All orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via Economy Shipping methods and will arrive within 4-7 business days. Our Economy shipping provider is Australia Post & New Zealand Post. Economy shipping method is determined by package weight, size, and delivery address.
Standard Shipping: Orders within Australia & New Zealand, that do not qualify for free shipping, are shipped via Australia Post and New Zealand Post.
A physical mailing address is required for all shipments. Address errors or PO Boxes may result in delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA
International online Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are limited to orders that are under 2kg.
If the order is over 2kg an email will be sent to notify the customer of an extra cost to be agreed upon. The customer has the option to terminate the order and a full refund will be processed issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Orders shipping internationally will be shipped via Australia Post EParcel unless specified otherwise. Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. This method has proven to be the most reliable and timely method available.
Please note that shipping times will be slower, and limited information available during transit.
Customs & Duty Fees: Customs fees, brokerage fees, and duty may be charged upon delivery and/or required to obtain your order. Magnesium Life is not responsible for these fees. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Refunds will not be issued for packages that are refused or abandoned by the customer.
MSDS sheets are provided by EParcel to Customs so it is unlikely that your order will be rejection or confiscated, however if this should occur we are happy to negotiate a refund of product.

An email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order once an order ships. To track your package, please visit: Australia Post or contact us directly and we will follow up on it for you.
Please note: The Australia Post or New Zealand Post driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren’t present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure receipt of your package, please supply an email address to receive your order tracking information. We are unable to make special requests for your package (e.g. “leave with next door neighbor if I am not available” or “leave behind side gate”).
Merchandise purchased online at magnesiumlife.com can be exchanged or refunded by mail within 30 days from the original delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in good condition, unless defective. If a spray lid is faulty we will not refund the product but replace just the spray lid.
If items arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling a photo must be taken and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of delivery.
Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the price of the item(s) issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned due to issues originating with the product, order, or Company.
All returns must be packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure product arrives back to Magnesium Life in good condition. Damaged goods due to customer negligence or alterations to its original state upon receipt will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
All requests will be processed once the return has been inspected and the condition verified. Refunds will be rendered within 3-5 business days from the time the items are received at our warehouse. Funds may take 7-10 business days to appear once the refund has been completed.
